Had a very relaxing evening. The pool was perfect. Loved going for a swim before turning in for the night. The front desk staff is the friendliest. Housekeepers are spot on. Our room was comfortable, like a home away from home. The breakfast is amazing!!! The breakfast attendant really out did herself !! Thank you Holiday Inn! WHAT A GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. From the manager Derrick to housekeeping. After traveling for a week I especially loved having a free clean laundry room. That was an extra I didn’t expect. My room was clean and comfy which helped me sleep very well.
Easy to check in and out. Everything was clean and the breakfast had options for everybody - cheese and veggie omelets, biscuits and gravy, sausage patties and links, cinnamon rolls, pancakes, fresh fruit, yogurt. Employees were all very friendly and professional. Hotel is very close to restaurants and Meijers is a parking lot away. Highly recommend.

I was in town this weekend for the silver gloves boxing tournament, and I cannot speak highly enough of this hotel and it's staff. General manager Debbie Edwards broke her back to be accommodating, so sweet and helpful, understanding, an absolute angel to work with. Her staff at the desk, Vickie and Jordan, both equally as nice and helpful. Wonderful free breakfast, renovations are really nice and ongoing. Clean, nice rooms, close to everything and restaurants. An absolute wonderful place!!!! Whatever this hotel lacks, the staff makes up for. Thanks to you all for being so courteous and helpful. Rm 327
5 star for a holiday Inn, you ask? It was a last minute idea and hotels are limited that close to 69. Service was ok, the lady running the free breakfast was super nice and went out of her way to make sure everyone was great. The front desk lady in the morning acted like she had a stone stuck in her shoe while she was running a 5k. Seems like she was breathing fire too, or maybe just blowing smoke. I don't know, either way, her personality just sucked.
